Why can’t the Pels shoot?
He's a shooting coach, not a miracle worker. He can't magically make guys like Jose and Herb average shooters, that's asking a bit much.
Truth is, we have only 3 dudes on our entire roster who you can trust to get you a 3, and 1 of them doesn't really shoot it much. That's the issue and no shooting coach can turn that 3 into like 5 or 6 dudes like we need.

Maybe we have guys who just will never be healthy. We should trade them.
