You got me curious... what would it take for a liquid to be a big deal for the entire river?

Seems like it would take a helluva lot because there's a shite ton of water that comes down that river. Wouldn't anything be effectively diluted in a matter of days, other than some type of sheen or slick that stays on top?

I am so confused. Some poison is put into the river by the gov't. Poison has been put in drinking water already by the gov't for decades. Why worry about one and not the other?

Maybe this river contamination is just the gov't trying to prevent more cavities???
