$2500 for just the seeding or including ground prep? I was just preliminarily looking at pricing last year and the company I talked to said $4k per acre no site prep… $10k if I wanted zoysia. I had moved on lol but it looks like I need to revisit. I’m in the Lafayette area if anyone has recommendations for a reputable company.
