Airrosti, helped a lot with mine. Had to go once a week for about 4-6 weeks and at home basically a lot of foam rolling of the achilles tendon, streatching and ice.

Not PF. Went to ortho. Achilles strain. In a boot atm. On the shelf for 4-6 weeks, then I can start stretching, then strengthening. Sucks but better than a rupture.
