I agree people could benefit from this experience. We are dopamine addicts to our phones, internet, porn, etc. This is basically a detox of everything to slow down your mind. If you want to see what five days in a place like this here’s a video from the Yes Theory YouTube channel. LINK

Yes, but it also goes way beyond that. It's supposedly pretty incredible.

Also, it's not an ascetic experience outside of the darkness itself. Like, you have plenty of food and water and you can lay down and sleep on comfy beds and stuff like that. I frankly am more terrified at the prospect of a silent meditation retreat than a darkness retreat.
