Not gonna lie i stayed in the gym in HS and early college and stopped later in college. Didn’t have a dad bod but I no longer was ripped with abs, just looked normal and I got laid a lot more. A couple girls I ended up hooking up with in my mid 20s that I grew up with even told me they preferred how I looked at a normal size rather than all jacked

Said people who live in the gym are insecure and it’s a turn off to women
