This is myopic to the point of stupidity.
A 12 year old retrieving a ball from my lawn whilst playing during the day, is completely different from an illegal alien peering through my window at night.
This distinction doesn't need to be made by the law. It's natural law. Everyone knows this- even faux intellects arguing on a message board for the sake of arguing. Don't believe me? Come lurking on my property at midnight, and I'll show you the difference in real time.
