This is not a dispassionate interpretation of history. It's an attempt to leverage history into current grievance politics with the intention of a divestiture of power from those who took no part in it. It is the eradication of the individual in favor of the group. It is the normalization of shoddy historical interpretation guided entirely by ideology. It is the outright telling of lies shouted vigorously and consistently enough to be accepted as truth through sheer intimidation. It is retribution. It is vengeance. It is the worst of humanity. It is evil.
