Should be legal everywhere, Arkansas has medical only and it’s just a government money grab. You have to pay hundreds of dollars to the state to renew your “license” every year and there’s a 15 percent tax on everything you buy.

Ok and? Cost of doing business brah. It still needs regulation; otherwise, some dumbfrick is going to lace it with fentanyl and people would be bitching b/c it wasn't regulated.
