At The ULL game....

My dad got tickets for the ULL game on Saturday. When the announcer said the score of Bama over LSU, the crowd erupted and cheered louder than they did when ULL scored. What is behind all the hate towards LSU, it has to be more than jeasouly, right????

Prior to coming to LSU, I lived in lafayette for 9 years, people in Lafayette generally like LSU but there are a few idiots who have this notion that you have to like ULL and hate LSU. They are idiots and provided me nothing but laughs all through high school and to answer your question: Yes it is jealousy.

Basically, they know they are second rate but instead of accepting it, they blame the LSU system for bringing them down. If you are around and about in Lafayette you will see a lot of SEC gear (BAMA, UGA, UF, etc...).
They hate LSU so much some of those idiots have adopted some of our rivals as their favorite team. They end up following them more closely than the Cajuns.
You will get more shite for wearing LSU gear in Lafayette than you would in Tuscaloosa.
Basically, they know they are second rate but instead of accepting it, they blame the LSU system for bringing them down. If you are around and about in Lafayette you will see a lot of SEC gear (BAMA, UGA, UF, etc...).

ULL is too insignicant to worry about what they say or think.
Cheering our loss is as weak as our pitiful fans booing our young QB.
Both groups arent worthy of a quality program at either school.
