I use Wipe Out and like it. It speeds up the bore cleaning process for me. I go on 2-3 prairie dog hunts every summer. It's not unusual to shoot 100-150 rounds/day on a 2-3 day hunt. I also clean my son-in-law's and brother-in-law's varmint guns. I like Wipe Out because it cuts down considerably on the amount of brushing I'd otherwise have to do. I start out letting it sit for 10 minutes. If the bore's still dirty I lengthen it to 30 min, then 60 min, then 2 hours, etc. If needed, I'll let it sit overnight, then before I leave for I work in the AM I'll wipe it out and spray in some more. If the barrel's really dirty, I'll eventually use some "Butch's Bore Shine" and a copper brush. Rarely do I have to resort to an abrasive or strong copper cleaner.
