Did anyone read the article, insurance companies are shite but its not as cut and dry as it looks, his care was fully covered by the family plan he was on, he switched providers to the United Healthcare Student plan with a serious chronic pre-condition. They wanted to save some money by switching carriers midstream and have them pickk up the tab for his ongoing treatment. That's kind of shitty honestly. That's not "insurance"

Bump, this article is misleading, United Healthcare should have denied him, he should have stayed on the original policy.
