I'd consider a projector. Very affordable, versatile, and really catches the eye. Purchased a really nice one on Amazon for just under 100. However, daytime viewing can sometimes be a problem if not enough shade.
If you're sold on a TV, definitely go the indoor route. Maybe upgrade to a midline model with decent antiglare/reflection reduction so your daytime viewing is comfortable. If daytime viewing is not your thing, disregard and go with what moves you.
Regardless, I would spend more money in protection. A cover is nice, but a hard shell offers better all-around protection. Here's a something to consider.
