There's nothing racist about observing that southern ghetto culture is a fricking virus. Oh, they can scream racism all they want but you're dealing with a collection of people hovering around 85IQ where you can be valedictorian of your HS with a 17 ACT on your THIRD TRY(real case).

If 25ish percent of you school is that, there's no amount of money are phenomenal teaching that can overcome it. You're basically dealing with feral people being 1 in 4 or your students. Hopeless.
