So Today makes a month that I’ve been off adderall. It was tough to quit but I didn’t cold turkey it. I slowly weened myself off of it. I was taking 3-4 30’s a day since 2019. It really does come down to the person and their mindset. I’m in such a better place now that I’ve quit that shite. It took a good 3-4 months to get here but it was worth it.

congrats... just took it upon yourself, or you doing a 12 step program?
