Million people.
The loopy colonel said that the population of Ukraine went from 48 million to 20 million and that 10 million had fled Ukraine. A mathematician amongst us noted that 18 million must have died. Then someone ese, who obviously is not a mathematician, incorrectly posted that 10 million of the 18 million have fled. It would actually be 10 million of the 28 million, leaving 18 million who disappeared somehow.
