it was actually 8.9% in 2016 LINK
the above was dept of labor so prolly more accurate
this one by gallup of 1000 people(56% women) had 15% atleast twice per week LINK
but how many of that actually even lift anything more than a 5lbs dumbbell? how many truely train?
just look at the OT, make a thread...i bet less than 20% say they lifted weights atleast 2x per week every week for the last 3-4 months. thats just 2x per week and its almost all guys on here.
