I would find out who that land belongs to. If it's a land company or a person offer to buy it for a reasonable price. If you find the owner at least let them know there are homeless people living there and they need to something about it. I cant imagine that in my backyard. Do these homeless people look like they are on drugs and all? I'm getting them out one way or another. Good luck.
