Not that I suggest it over any other, as it's the only one I've ever had, but I will say that it kept my BGW320 going for the length of the Ida power outage. A couple of times a day, I would plug in the UPS, charge up cell phones, use wifi for a bit on my laptop, then unplug it again.
I bought it to make sure I didn't lose power to my desktop in a way that damaged it, but it was a nice little fringe benefit. Never lost fiber internet the entire time.
