Well guys don’t like sticking their peens inside of girls who look like other guys so she may need it for other uses too.

a preference for long hair is one thing, but to suggest that every woman with short hair is "masculine" is as ridiculous as the men who still have a penis and say that they are a woman
some of the most beautiful women have had short hair (Audrey Hepburn).
a lot of high level models have short hair as the longer hair would block views of the neck, upper back, face, etc.
Edit: It is also clearly staged.
