Hm. I’ve tried on mine and it tells me capital one doesn’t allow deposits directly from their bank

How can a bank tell you what you can and can’t do with your money? It’s not an illegal activity that you’re trying to deposit to.
It’s not much different from them saying, “Oh, no, you can’t pay your light bill to Entergy from your bank account.” I may be missing something, but WTF?
