first of all, the graph makes it quite clear that 2% of those scoring over 750 were black. That's what i wrote, and you just repeated me...in no way did i imply anything otherwise relative to the info presented in the graph.

secondly, this is not the point.

my point was the left are guilty of the bigotry of low expectations and expect there to be no blacks that can score that high because the test is 'racist'. well 0% is not 2%, so obviously the left is incorrect as usual no matter how low the quantity.
