Can't wait til next year when Bama has to start a QB with zero game experience. Say what you want about Lee, but he's going to be a great one by the time he leaves LSU. Needs seasoning and self-confidence, which will come. We're taking our lumps now, but next year we should be the favorite in the West.

I said this in a thread earlier, where someone basically said they can't wait for LSU to go to Tuscaloosa when Bama's QB is green and I said I can't wait to do the same to Georgia in Athens.

Currently, I like UF's chances against Bama- I kept telling my dad, if LSU had a decent QB, they would have beaten Bama yesterday

Mcelroy will be a senior next year I think so he has been in the system for a while and he has played in some games.

Also, Star will see some playing time and we have McCANNON on the way.

I really don't see how we are taking our lumps now. We just out played the #1 team in the country. Accounted for 28 points, lost in overtime 26-21. I think we played a hell of a game. Give Lee a chance. Wilson sucked for three years.

Can't wait to see a senior bench rider that no one has ever heard of, lead the mighty tide. We will smash bama in tuscaloosa.

Bama has no chance at all in the SEC champ game. Only chance is if the UF plane has a bama pilot and he takes them to Greenland.

Wilson was outstanding as a sophomore. He sucked last year though.

I've seen "McCannon" play many games in high school and he is less than impressive. He will need to be redshirted or else he will be broken in two. He doesn't throw many interceptions though so that's a good thing.

Seriously, quit drinking the feakin' koolaid. JPW took 3 years to get to a point where he looks decent. You can think what you want, but your new quarterback will be no different than everyone else with a new quarterback.

Seriously how good could either one of them be if JPW is still your starter. McElroy has not beaten out JPW in three years and the "Great One" hasnt even thought about putting him in at any time...even last year!! Well see how good Starr is too.....Auburn thought Cody Burns was gonna be great too and we see how that turned out.

Well, the way our luck is, whoever it is will probably have a career-game against us...

I'll take a "green" Alabama QB over Lee.
