OK! I say put him in. He better throw 4 TD's and run for one.The way ya'll are talking he is way ahead of Lee. He will be worse. Maybe not against troy but Ole Miss will expose jefferson for the true freshmen he is.Stick with Lee and take our licks this year.

I agree. He has to work through this and I still think the kid has a ton of potential. We need to stick with him for the rest of the year.

Just support whoever the QB is. If it is Jefferson, support him. If it is Lee, support him.

I would like to see him in a few series before we give him the starting position.

The question on everyones mind is why take the redshirt off if you arent going to use him.

How many picks will it take for Jefferson to get his damn shot? I'm sick of this now. Lee throws 4 INTs and people don't have a problem with it, WTF.

Give Jefferson equal snaps against Troy next week and see if he brings something better to the table than Lee. Lee has done nothing to secure the job.

Its because we don't have a qb with experience.Lee is getting that.Jefferson IS NOT READY.The last game he played was against a high school team and u think he can beat ALABAMA? Get real.

Lee has shown nothing that should make anyone think he is the future at qb. We shouldn't give up on him but we have to start getting Jefferson ready for next year as well. I say play them both.

After 9 games I would hope to see SOME improvement but Lee looks exactly like he did in game 1 and 2. Try Jefferson and give him experience so HE can compete next year. We will never know until they try him. Obviously Lee's season is a failure. It can get NO worse than 4 picks in a game and like 7 or 8 pick 6's for the season.

You think he could possibly turn the ball over more and give other teams more points than Lee has? I mean, he'd only have to start breaking records...

Look, Lee has done NOTHING to preserve his spot, why NOT give Jefferson a shot? He's been at LSU through the summer and through all 9 games this season. He's capable of going out and not being completely lost unless the coaching staff hasn't tuaght him anything in 6-7 months.

Lets face reality..J.Lee plays scared and can not make the right decisions. Miles has said repeatedly that Lee needs to learn how to read what the defense gives you. Put JJ in some next week and lets see.

I'd settle for allowing us to run some of the option stuff we ran with Hatch, Flynn and/or Perrilloux and not throwing pick sixes. And, perhaps my expectations are too high, but it would be cool if he didn't have a 2:1 completions-to-interceptions ratio in one half of play.

That is the unwinnable position JJ is put in. We have given Lee all the benefit of the doubts. He has thrown 14 picks and 6 pick 6's. Now if he is pulled for Lee,,,his play will be under the microscope one or two mistakes will get him sent to the bench and probably lead to his transfer. He is a True Freshman. I honestly think if he is managed like a freshman the offensive coordinator plays to the team strength run, run, run and little dinks and dunks here and there. I believe he could win the last 3.

it's going to take Jarrett Lee throwing 5 INT's against troy for JJ to come in for the last 3 minutes to hand the ball off.

yall are pitiful. sure lee has thrown a hell of a lotta picks. but when you get fricking booed in front of a record crowd in tiger stadium, it sucks...ESPECIALLY IF YOU PLAY FOR LSU!!!

the kid is a freshman. he was not prepared nor expecting to play this year, let alone fricking start. i hate all you fans who booed him
