Well, one couldn't find her way to an address, apparently didn't know she didn't have her phone while informing the others she'd call an Uber in freezing cold temps, and then wandered in front of a vehicle.
How much evidence of intoxication did the others show?

To be completely fair, I’ve been lost many times looking for an address or apartment in BR when I was 18-20
A lot of those places look the same… then, add that in with it being night and the fact that they were drinking….
