How did she get her destination address wrong 3 times if she is coherent? That's a pretty simple question that will be very hard to answer alone.
Then add the BAC, the perps' words, potentially other videos showing her stumbling and whatnot (haven't seen those, so I say potentially for now), I think it's going to be hard to make the claim she was in her right state of mind.

It SEEMS like she knew the place by sight, not by specific address. Why they got to the neighborhood and had go try 3 different homes and then she said she'd call an Uber. Again, I'm speculating and that will likely be filled out fuller by trial.

meh. It's possible. I think (not certain) she was trying to get to a friend's house. I didn't know my friend's addresses in college. She could have been getting the addresses and/or directions wrong. If she was trying to find a specific house in those newer subdivisions, that is a challenge b/c those houses all look similar in the cookie-cutter neighborhoods like Pelican Lakes.

Correct me if I’m wrong, couldn’t they claim that she was “drunk drunk” in the bar (backed up by video of her stumbling), then she didn’t drink for the last hour she was there (according to the statement from Reggie’s) and sobered up. That’s when she left with the guys, had sex and started drinking again after. She then said she wanted to be taken to a friends house. She couldn’t remember the exact address, which led to arguments and her eventually telling them to let her out.
These are the types of scenarios their lawyer will come up with to defend them.
