I just had my first catarct surgery, in right eye. He will do the left in a week. I'm already very happy with the results. I'm blind as a bat. I've been in contacts (or coke-bottle lenses) for over 40 years. I now see better out of my right eye naturally better than my left with contacts. Cataracts are progressive. Get the surgery, you won't regret it.
