will be interested in all the proposals on getting rid of state income tax. Always interest me how to eliminate it.

I don’t live in Louisiana, but if I did he would have my vote. How he handled Judge Carter’s questions about burden was great. I wish he would have talked more about the plaintiff ALWAYS has the burden in a civil case. The fact Louisiana transfers that burden to the defendant is insane. In every civil case in every jurisdiction in the country the plaintiff has the burden. Except in Louisiana in personal injury cases? Am I understanding this correctly?
