Meh, you’re right and wrong. Things I had in BR that HTX does not offer:
- recycling pick up weekly
- trash pick up twice a week
- free city mosquito yard treatment
- nice ground water to drink from tap

The only one of these I do not have is recycling pick up weekly. Many neighborhoods do but my neighborhood voted against it because it would cost us more. I don't care if I have recycling or not. I live in a Houston suburb.
