Bacterial Sinusitis is very difficult to clear up due to the anatomy.

some it is protocols and some is part of the Art of Medicine. Kinda like being a Jedi

Guessing you are an adult so 500mg q8h seems right
If you are an adult with low body weight then 250mg q8h
If you cannot swallow a capsule, you should tell the physician (he will only tell the buds at the country club to get a good laugh) and he can prescribe you a suspension
