Good lord. LSU isn’t at that level in hoops when things are good. There was investigation talk swirling, the players all bailed and you think a can’t miss hire would have come here?

The next hire is where you try and take a bigger swing, but it will still be either a good retread like Sampson before he went to Houston, Musselman or Barnes, or a better up and comer. That’s just where LSU is in the pecking order. We aren’t talking football.
