He's a 5th year starter. The light bulb isn't suddenly coming on for this guy. Sorry, but it isn't, and if you are expecting a lot of improvement from him next season, you're going to be very disappointed.
For whatever reason, the guy doesn't seem to be willing to trust his receivers. On multiple occasions this season, he had all the time in the world to throw, but wouldn't, eventually scrambling or getting sacked. I don't see that changing.

I can give you examples of guys who click their 5th year of collegeZ I can Even show you guys who click 5 years into college, 4 years at a school 3 years with a coordinator who click their fifth year of college.
Who are the QBs that start out throwing a ton of picks who turn really really good.

Exactly right. He just does not get it.
