Yes, we know that quarterbacks are going to transfer to schools where they have a better shot at playing. My point is that he isn't going to automatically be the "leader in the clubhouse" to start at most big time schools, because he is young and inexperienced. At a smaller school, yes I think he could probably get that assurance.
