I would say that to 99.9 percent of the population, yes. I was in the Army and have been through Air Assault school and we never came close to that in an hour. The symptoms being described is called muscle failure.

Air Assault School self labels as a hard school. It’s too short to be that hard. My son is at Ft. Campbell and I saw it and was asking him about it. That’s his read on it. Yes it’s tough but definitely not the toughest.
