Its really a simple thing. The #3 capable player at any position after 1 full year will move on. If youre a QB take the big check and get on with your career. Just like alot of us would do if the competitor came calling right after being passed up for the promotion.

Its nobody's fault, its just the way it went down. We can second guess whether Walker becomes a transcendent player or if Daniels or Nussmeier will take that next step. He should put up big numbers at TCU. Sonny Dykes is the real deal.

The much better news is Walker couldnt beat these 2 out. If Walker Howard is 3rd best the following year after a full season in the program, LSU is in great shape as well.

It sucks that hes a great homegrown Louisiana QB prospect. Lafayette is a big piece of the puzzle. Kelly understands this. The Howard's understand this. You cant blame either side. Business is business. What would u do? Sometimes you have to depart as friends and get on with it.
