Leadville is a shithole town. People will try to come on here and say otherwise but they are wrong. The places they are building on the north side of town that will all be Airbnb does not negate the rest of the town and the people that live there fulltime.
I live in Denver and the only reason anyone here goes to Leadville is for the bike race or to buy a sweatshirt at Melanzana. No one here ever talks of moving there or spending a weekend there.
