The only way to fix NOLA is for everyone with a brain to move out and sell all property, businesses, and interests (50% of the residents). Let everyone remaining self-destruct by voting extreme leftists who will do less than nothing over crime.

Order all remaining resources to protect the FQ, Port of NO, Tulane Univ, NASA Michoud/Folgers/Air Products, etc during this period. Let Ms Gayle, Saints, and Pelicans leave town then demo the Dome and arena for optics. After 20 years of this turmoil of record crime,job loss, rising costs, cancellation of Mardi Gras with National Guard roaming the streets; and with nothing left to loot, the homeless, leeches, hipsters, exteme leftists, and criminals will be forced leave to destroy another city.
