And close to zero in fruit juice. And even the ones that are nominally there aren't very bio-available. Go back and read the history of the orange juice industry. It was dying in the 50s and they got together in Florida and created an ad blitz that convinced moms that kid drinking huge amounts of sugar water was good for them. It's not. Full stop. The differences between juice and soda are quite negligible.

Maybe you should drink some water, fatty.
