Yes Nuss moving on to play next year would not be to a premier team probably. It would be a building year in hopes that the second year would be a big one. It would be the same here with the chance of getting in the drivers seat of a Ferrari this year if something happens. He will play a lot in my estimation.
Walker Howard we just have to continued developing and see where it goes. There is other top talent out there that I know we could attract when the time comes. We will be bringing in a portal qb that year he would start anyways. It may be a bad thing starting a guy with no experience.

I don’t know why this is the thought. I agree that Nuss could leave, and based current transfer stuff, I’m firmly in the I’ll believe Nuss stays if JD is named starter when I see it. Hope it stays.
As to Walker, leaving just because Nuss stays wouldn’t make much sense. Especially if JD is starting. Just because Nuss stays it’s not a foregone conclusion he will be starter when JD is out. Even if Nuss were to get significant PT next year, I can almost guarantee it will be a full blown QB battle with each getting a full look. Then, whichever loses that battle will likely be gone.
