USA needs to do the same. Every big housing market is swelled by Chinese cashing out properties. Just look at the California housing market. Chinese cashing 1mil+ houses like hotcakes. Then they don't even live in them. They either keep it empty as a way to hide money from the Chinese government or they rent for outrageous amounts.

It is mainly the liberal governemnt‘s problems, not just Chinese. Easy to find the scapegoat
