They've got loaded trailers sitting in a yard off Rosedale Road waiting to ship to the mill- Alma Plantation I would guess. Does that cut cane go bad or is it only the uncut cane thats vulnerable?

A cane farmer told me that any cane that was frozen must be processed within 10 days. He also said any cane that was frozen is only made into molasses (versus raw sugar or other products).
