She’s not alone, either. Lots of folks having to rent cars one-way due to canceled flights.

Honest question.
Can she not catch a flight on a different airline vs driving 1200 miles?
I am of the understanding that if she went with another airline especially in this situation, the cost of the tickets would be astronomical?
