I dont know about "training site" - the Atlanata POLICE training facility - the PROPOSED property where it WAS to be built - has been the antifa focus starting last summer

antifa and other Democrat/communists are active in Atlanta

Bloomberg calling for terrorist attacks is new - and fits the MO of communist insurgents as well as attacks on society, particularly racial groups.
