People across this country absolutely refuse to slow down in bad weather. Last week I was going across i84 in Oregon, just entered the Columbia River Gorge and got hit by some dumb broad that was doing well over the speed limit in a snowstorm. Got alongside my truck and spun out - hit the dividing wall twice then sideswiped the side of my trailer near the back. Dumbass.
Thank God for my garmin dashcam though - I have it positioned just right so it catches the view off the blindspot mirrors and it shows her coming alongside and losing control. She could easily have said I swiped her car and sued.
But I see it all the time all over the country - cars, trucks, semis, doesn't matter. People just do not back down when they're one wiggle away from going into the ditches. It's ridiculous.
