Pier and Beam - refrigerator water line froze and It is insulated. It’s Pex - so I got down there and thawed it out in just a few minutes with a hair dryer.

So I think I isolated the hot water problem. We have several attics, no humble brag, well a small one. Tankless is located in the one attic that is ice cold. So I am working to get the attic temp up.
