One line in the house frozen. Cold water line in the kitchen sink. Pier and beam.
It was dripping over night (as was hot water). Cold seized, hot kept chugging.
This same line froze and busted in the big freeze 2 years ago. Plumber said he replaced it with pipe that wouldn’t bust again, so here’s hoping.

All my lines are in slab. Have faucet covers on the hose bibs outside, and I double insulated by backflow preventer on my irrigation line.
