We just got a new coach. Before you relegate us to some lower tier, how about we give him time to build relationships…

There's 2 teams (OU & Miami) ranked ahead of us with Year 1 coaches... relationships aren't as important as they use to be. That's why its so much player movement in college football.
You really cant forecast a depth chart two years out anymore. Kids aren't sticking around 2 or 3 years to get on the field.
Its a sprint to win NOW, its no longer a marathon. Player movement will get much worse once the 12-team playoff starts.
