I don't think there are very many HS targets left. Rest will likely be portal targets from here on out. Good thing about ricks not taking our substantial NIL package is that now we put all those chips in on Harbor.

Harbor is a freak athlete and appears to be a great kid, but at this point he’s a signing day prize type guy. I’m a little leery of what kind of impact he can make, especially being a track guy at heart. Is he a DE or a TE?
Don’t get me wrong I would love to have him on campus to find out, but he’s a 5 star wildcard to me.

Harbor's dad is a retired biochemist for NASA. His mom is a pharmacist. I don't see NIL being a priority to him. I think education and track opportunities will be his deciding factors.
