This addition can’t be understated. He’s elite and he’s elite right now.

He was a better prospect than Ricks as a recruit and he’s obviously a better player now.

Shouldn't Welch be a player to watch? I mean he had a .9503 rating out of high school and the #127 overall player in the nation last year. Anyone have info on where he is talent wise currently? Still a lot to learn?
