I think most tenants were already being forced to move since the complex failed the Section 8 federal inspection. This place was deemed too dangerous and too run down for Section 8 housing.

A squatter probably caught the place on fire.

Not shocking at all.

Kind of surprised it made it this long without going up. The construction quality was horrific and the the maintenance has always been questionable.
